Inspiration Without the Jet Lag...

Inspiration without the jet lag

One of the biggest things I miss about travel is the NEWS STAND.  I loved jetting through an airport and throwing down a cool 100 bucks for a stack of magazines from all around the globe.

I started to get worried when the budget airlines said they were going to start weighing carry ons.  Those suckers get heavy and I had even calculated how I could stuff them into my coat... because thankfully they haven't started weighing the passengers... yet

Hopefully you are lucky enough to live in New York or LA where International mags are more readily available and one is not reduced to skipping breakfast to smuggle magazines onto the plane.  Around here, it's mostly Country Living and Garden and Gun.  Of course I buy those too.  I guess I'm a bit of a magazine slut.  I like to get around.

But, today, I have a home tour that you can have your cake and eat it too while you peruse.  Its straight from Down Under and it happens to be situated right on the water.  It's just the kind of place I would love to escape to... What about you?
